For the Hotel :
to secure your booking, your creditcard details will only be used for a pre-authorization for the amount of the first night stay. Payment will be requested on the arrival date.

For the Apartment and Houseboats :
For 1 night stay we charge the total rent.
For 2 - 5 nights stay we charge 1,5 night rent.
For a longer stay we charge 35% of the total rent
This is the downpayment and cancellation fee. Balance to be paid on arrival date. In case of cancellation, no matter of time, deposit will not be refunded
