• By public transportation:
  
  From Central Station you can take the following tram numbers: 4, 9, 16, 24 or 25. Get off at the first stop near Dam Square and walk from Dam Square heading east through the Damstraat. Cross the first bridge and turn right to Oudezijds Voorburgwal. Hotel The Grand is just a few metres ahead. You can also board the subway and disembark at the Nieuwmarkt. Take the exit marked Hoogstraat, head west and turn left on the third bridge. Hotel The Grand is at number 197.

• From The Hague/Schiphol (A4):
  
  Take the ring road West (direction Zaanstad). Then take the exit Haarlem (S 103) and continue taking a right, direction Centrum. After approximately 5 kilometres you will see the Central Station at your left hand side. At the end of Central Station (with a church on the right) turn right after the bridge. Turn right into the first street. Geldersekade: you will see the canal at your right-hand side. Continue till the Nieuwmarkt. Go left or right around the square and continue at the other side onto the Kloveniersburgwal, with the water at your left-hand side. At the 2nd bridge turn left into the Rusland and over the bridge straight on (St. Agnietenstraat) until you will have to turn right. You are situated on the Oudezijds Voorburgwal and will find the entrance of Hotel The Grand after 60 metres on you right-hand side.

• From Utrecht:
  
  Near Amsterdam follow the direction Centrum. At exit S 110 (just over the Utrechtse Brug) turn right. This is the Amsteldijk, which you will follow till the T-fork at the bridge, where you will turn left. This is the Stadhouderskade, follow this till you see the Heineken Brewery at your left-hand side, turn right here and go straight on at the roundabout. You are in the Vijzelstraat. Drive along this street till the end and continue at the Muntplein along the road to the left. You are at the Rokin now. Take a right turn at Rederij Kooi and go straight on into the small alley (Lange Burgsteeg), over the bridge to your left, you are driving at the Oudezijds Voorburgwal and will find Hotel The Grand after 100 metres on your right-hand side.

• From Amersfoort:
  
  Near Amsterdam follow Ring West. Take Exit Duivendrecht (S 112). From here follow the directions from Utrecht as mentioned above.

Open for breakfast from 06.30 am to 10.30 AM, for lunch from 12.30 PM to 02.30 PM and for dinner from 06.30 PM to 10.30 PM, seven days a week, Café Roux is the perfect place to enjoy a fabulous meal.
