24 hours before Arrival Date. Reservations Hestia Hotel have to be cancelled 24 hours before Arrival Date. Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET). Every booked room which is not cancelled in time, will be billed at a cost equivalent to the rate of the first night by the hotel. Your Credit Card Details are therefore only required to guarantee your booking up to your arrival at the hotel and your card will not be charged by Hotels Online. Payments have to be made to the hotel. A different Cancellation Policy may apply in case of Group Reservations or if the Room Description on the website states differently.
